What We’re Looking For:

We accept submissions in the following categories:

  • Fiction

    • Fantasy/Sci-Fi

  • Memoir or personal narrative

  • Poetry collections

We prioritize works by queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent, BIPOC, and other marginalized authors. If your story challenges norms, centers identity, or brings fresh perspectives—we want to hear from you.

  • Print and ebook formatting

  • Distribution through Amazon, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble, and more

How to Submit

Please send the following to submissions@pridequillpublishing.com:

  • A query letter (1 page)

  • A brief author bio

  • First 3 chapters (or 10 pages) of your manuscript as a Word doc or PDF

  • Genre and estimated word count

  • A short summary of your book (1–2 paragraphs)

We aim to respond to all submissions within 2-3 weeks. If your work is a fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a call and talk about next steps.

Transgender Anthology

We are excited to announce that we are currently putting together a collection of works about being transgender and transitioning. If you have a story, either fiction or memoir, or a poem that you would like us to consider in this anthology, please complete the form below.

Compensation will be based on total number of accepted submissions and length of piece. If accepted, you will be notified of compensation before you agree to be included.

Submissions should be under 5,000 words.

Entries will be accepted until April 30, 2026.
